Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when purchasing a Behind The Dashboard bootcamp.

Digital Products

Due to the instant nature of digital downloads, all digital products are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded, except where required by law.

Examples include:

• Templates
• Guides
• SQL scripts
• Python notebooks
• PDFs

Bootcamps

If you're unsatisfied with a bootcamp, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided:

• Less than 20% of the course has been completed.
• No certificate has been issued.
• No significant course materials have been downloaded where applicable.

After these conditions are exceeded, refunds are generally unavailable.

Duplicate Purchases

If you accidentally purchase the same product twice, we'll gladly issue a refund for the duplicate purchase.

Technical Problems

If technical issues prevent access to purchased content and we cannot resolve them within a reasonable time, we may issue a refund at our discretion.
